Financing Complex Multiple Entity Businesses

I was recently honored with a request to speak at the American Bankers Association National Agricultural Conference on the topic of Financing Complex Multiple Entity Business.  A link to the site can be found here.

A summary of the topic is:

Lending to agricultural operations that involve multiple entities in multiple jurisdictions with different types of collateral has its challenges. As agricultural operations consolidate, complex business structures are required. In turn, lending institutions must be aware of the legal risks related to complex structures and show a competence to lend in such an environment.
